He is survived by his Wife: Ursula Franklin. 3 Children: Richard (Tina) Stephens, Gary (Donna) Stephens and Angela (Chris) Prather. Numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. 2 Sisters: Peggy Lawson and the late Hildreth Kirk. 2 Late Brothers: Duke Franklin and Kenneth Franklin.
