58 years old of Moscow, Ohio, passed away on December 17, 2021, at his home.  He is survived by his Significant other:  Bobbie Underwood.  4 Children: Roy E (Carlee) Utley III, Mitchell (Calina) Utley, Justin (Kate) Underwood and Chelsey (Brandon Dickerson) Underwood.  5 Grandchildren:  Lilly, Zander, Shayde, Jay and Kyra. Father: Roy (Jeannie) Utley.  Late Mother:  Erma Utley. 2 Brothers: Paul Utley and James Utley. 3 Sisters: Susan Hoffer, Sandra Caudill and Sherri Hudson.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.  Memorial Services will be at the Connection Point Church, 215 Columbia St., New Richmond, Ohio 45157, on January 8, 2021 at 12:00 PM.   Arrangements by the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N.
