72 years old from Felicity, Ohio, passed away on January 19, 2022.  She is survived by her Husband: Charles Prather Sr.  2 Children: Charlie (Jen) Prather, Jr. and Teresa (Tony Kerns) Prather.  4 Grandchildren: Ryan (Robin) Ninichuck, Ethan Kerns, Bradlee (Kristen) Prather and Ariel (Tyler) Krekeler.  7 Great-Grandchildren:  Teddy, Kayla, Ashlyn, Rylynn, Adalyn, Ryilee and Grant.  1 Brother: Eugene Woodruff.  2 Sisters: Mary Patrick and Rita Barbee.  Numerous Late Brothers and Sisters.  Numerous Nieces,  Nephews, other family and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N.
