78 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018.  He is survived by his Wife: Nancy Lee Rahn Fancher.  Late Parents: Carl and Mildred Fancher.  Numerous Nieces Nephews and Friends. Member of the American Legion #0237, Southwestern Ohio Farm Toy Collectors Club and Goshen Township Historical Society.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
