51 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on October 28, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Clermont, Batavia, Ohio.  He is survived by his Wife: Betty Mullis.  Children; Anika, David, Stephanie, Nick, Mariah, Michael, Samantha, Cody, and James.  Grandchildren: Makayla, Kayce, Logan, Brylee, Zerrin, Colton, Serenity, Aubreigh, Baylee, Mason, Chloee, Rossi, Levi and the late Dylan.    Brothers: Mark (Marji), Elmer, Bill, Donnie, Michael and the late Jim.  Sisters: Bobbi, Dawn (Larry), Judy Day, Sandy, Robin and the late Sylvia.  Late Parents: Robert and Donna Wise.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.  Member of the Neville Freewill Baptist Church.  Avid Bengals Fan.  Funeral Services will be at the Neville Freewill Baptist Church, US 52, Neville, Ohio, 45156, on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 12:00 PM.  Visitation will also be on Wednesday November 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at the church.   Arrangements by the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N.
