79 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at his home. He is survived by his Wife: Linda Hesler.  3 Sons: Bill Hesler, Brad Ritchie and the late Daniel Hesler.  1 Daughter: Sherry Hesler.  3 Grandchildren: Rachel Hesler, Dannielle Hesler and Damien Hesler.  Numerous Great-Grandchildren, Other Family and Friends. Member of the Felicity F&AM Lodge #102.  In Law Enforcement for 54 years.   Felicity Police Chief for 45 years.  Masonic Services with funeral services to follow, will be at the Felicity Christan Church, 847 State Route 133, Felicity, Ohio, 45120, on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 AM.  Visitation will be on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, also at the Church. Arrangements by the Charles H.
