86 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on December 25, 2021, at his home in Felicity, Ohio. He is survived by his 5 children: Phyllis Ann (Bill) Phipps, Jerri (John) Wicker, Phillip (Kim) Burton, Jr., Karen (Don) Hiler and Richard Lee (Brandi) Burton. 3 Grandchildren: Mathew Phipps, Lindsey Vaughn and Richard Lee Burton, Jr. 3 Great-Grandchildren: Hunter Vaughn, Wayne Vaughn and Ann Vaughn. Numerous Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.
