Patsy L Carter

87 years old of Moscow, Ohio, passed away on December 10, 2023, at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.  Wife of the late George Carter.  She is survived by her Son: Brad Carter and Stephanie.  Daughter: Kristin   and Mark Baird.  2 Grandchildren: Alex Baird and Madison Baird.  Late Parents: Albert and Lola Ingram.  She is also survived by 2 Brothers: Ken and Judy Ingram and Larry and Sandy Ingram.  2 Sister-in-Laws: Joyce Ingram and Sandy Ingram.   Brother-in-law: Don Bertline. 2 Late Brothers: Vernon Ingram and Doug Ingram.  2 Late Sisters: Helen Conover and Donna Bertline. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Member of the Clermont Order of Eastern Star #135 and Felicity United Methodist Church.  Funeral Services will be at the Felicity United Methodist Church, 421 Market Street, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, also at the Church, with Order of Eastern Star Services at 7:30 PM.
