Dr. Lindley David Moore, Jr.

62 years old of Bethel, Ohio, passed away on October 1, 2022, at The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio.  He is Survived by his Wife: Gwendolyn Kerns Moore.  4 Children:  Megan (Dan) Fisher, Lindley (Marissa) Moore III, Andrea (Cody) Polley and Braden (Heather) Moore.  11 Grandchildren:  Lexi, Landyn, Payton, Carter, Rhemy, Lindley, Wylder, London, Greyson, Braxton and Mallie.  Parents:  Marilyn Custer Moore and the late Lindley D. Moore, Sr. 1 Late Brother:  Richard D Moore.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends.  Served the Village of Bethel for 30 years at the Bethel Vision Center.  Funeral Services will be at the Mt.
