Jessica “Jess” Foster

39 Years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on May 21, 2025, at Jewish Hospital, Kenwood, Ohio.  She is survived by her 3 Children: Makenna Seibert, Madyson Seibert and Brenna McSwain.  Parents:  Lori Sparks and the late Jesse Foster, Sr.  Maternal Grandparents: Nelda (the late John, Sr.) Walters and the late Thomas Grause. Late Paternal Grandparents: Virgil and Nola Foster.  3 Brothers: James (Ashley) Foster,  Jesse Foster, Jr. and the Late Josh Jones.  Half-Sister: Erin Jones.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Memorial Services will be at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N.
