82 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on January 15, 2023, at Bethesda North, Montgomery, Ohio. Wife of the late: William Ray Fultz. She is survived by her 2 Daughters: Beverly Norwell and Terri (Brian) McCloud. 5 Grandchildren: Kristine (Eric) Bishop, Blake (Jamie) McCloud, Tiffany (Alex) Wehrum, Austin (Susan) McCloud and William (Jennifer) Norwell. Great-Grandchildren: Maddux, Brylee, Aiden, Korbin, Kinlie, Zoee, Kenton, Shelbee, Rylie, Brock, David, Acen, Alexis, Savannah, Jason, Will and Jeff. 4 Brothers: Robert Douglas (Ann) Freeman, Mike (Connie) Freeman and the late Steve Freeman and Craig Freeman. 1 Sister: Pam (Charlie) Drew. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends. Graveside Memorial Services will be at planned at a later date.
