89 years old of Anderson, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020. He is survived by his Wife: Norma Cossens Mattingly. 4 Children: Mike Mattingly, Gary (Anita) Mattingly, Kandi (Bill) Janke and Brett (Carrie) Mattingly. 12 Grandchildren. Numerous Great-Grandchildren. 2 Sisters: Lucy and Thelma. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends. Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Korean War. Funeral Services will be Private to the family. Arrangements by the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120. Burial will be at the Tate Township Cemetery, Bethel, Ohio.
