James Edgar Banks

80 years old of Moscow, Ohio, passed away on March 4 2023, at Mercy Hospital Anderson, Anderson, Ohio.  He is survived by his Wife Donna Barnhart Banks.  3 Children: David Banks, Debbie (Jerry) Manning and Denise (Monty) Manning.   5 Grandchildren: Christin (Kelby) Jerolamon, Tasha Banks, Sarah (Zach) Rought, James D. Banks and Samantha (Brandon) Kelch.  12 Great-Grandchildren.  Late Parents: Burnest and Irene King Banks.  3 Sisters: Kathy Snider, Karen Davis and Sharon Bell.  Late Brothers:  Phillip Banks and Rickey Banks.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other Family and Friends.  Retired from CG&E, Tate Monroe Water and  Captain of the Washington Township Fire Department.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union Street, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM.  Visitation will also be on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at the funeral home.
