He is survived by his Wife: Patti Gentry Blake. 4 Children: Mary Jo Keppner, Melinda Blake, Diana (William) Holder and Richard (Tabitha) Blake. 8 Grandchildren: Courtney, Katelyn, Richard, Blake, Seaira, Harlie, Emma and Lily. 5 Great-Grandchildren: Tanner, Ila, Case, Vincent and River. 2 Brothers: Buddy (Mary Ellen) Polite and the late Glen Polite. 3 Sisters: Doris Souder, Patti Jones and the late Maybell Jackson. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends. Funeral Services will be at the convenience of the family.
