99 Years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020, at Sunrise Manor, Amelia, Ohio  Wife of the late Richard Waters.  She is survived by her son: Terry (June) Waters.  2 Grandchildren: Kenneth (Stephanie) Waters and the late Shelley Turner and Melissa Waters.  5 Great Grandchildren: Katlyn Waters, Travis Waters, Austin Turner, Ryan Turner and Lauren Turner. Great-Great-Grandson: Grayson Turner.  2 Brothers: J.W. Hamm and the late Ted Hamm.  2 Late Sisters: Mitchell and Branna.  Numerous Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
