94 Years old of Feesburg, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019, at his home in Feesburg, Ohio.  He is survived by his wife: Agnes Burnett Worthington.  7 Children: Roselyn Chaney, Richard Worthington, Donald Worthington, Harold Worthington, Rhonda Worthington, Daryl Worthington and Wallis Worthington.  3 Step-Children: William Culver, George Culver and Lawrence Culver.  Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.  Late Parents: Henry Clay and Lois Lee Cox Worthington.  9 Late Brothers and Sisters.
