73 Years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020, at his home.  Husband of the late Janet Mitchell. He is survived by 1 Son: Jeff (Michelle) Mitchell. 1 Daughter:  Angelia Taggart.  4 Grandchildren:  Kelsey Mitchell, Gage Taggart, Lauren Mitchell and Will Taggart.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Member of the local #105 Boilermakers.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
