Faye Cook, 81 years old of Bethel, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of September 17th at Venetian Gardens in Loveland, Ohio. Predeceased by her loving husband Roy Cook in 1992, parents Jesse and Esther Campbell and sisters Betty Williams, Carol Hopson and Loretta Chase.

 She is survived by her children Daniel (Vicki) Cook, Timothy Cook, Paul (Dawn) Cook, Joseph Cook, Samuel (Tammy) Cook and Jessica Cook-Calvin --  fourteen  grandchildren: Joshua Cook, Timmy Cook, Tiffany Burton, Jay Aicholtz, Rachel Stacy, Matthew Cook, Jeremiah Cook, Paul Cook, Gabie Cook, Amber Cook, Xander Cook, Eli Cook, Ashton Cook and Easton Cook -- as well as, thirteen great-grand children -- surviving sisters: Ruth Williams, Christine (Randall) Bastin, Joyce Whitson, Brenda (Farriel) Harness. Also one brother, David Campbell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Faye was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She was a good Christian woman who taught Sunday school in her younger years. Faye has now been reunited with her husband Roy after first being welcomed home by Jesus. She was the best biscuit maker in local Hardees’ history. She also enjoyed camping and traveling to different states, recording her adventures in her journal as she went.

A memorial service will be held October 5th at 2 PM at Mt. Holly Christian Chapel, 2141 East Ohio Pike, Amelia, Ohio, 45102.  Arrangements by the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120.
