Eloise Mullins

77 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021.  Wife of the late Bobby Mullins.  She is survived by her children: Rhonda (Denny) Ferdon, Betty Mullins, Kenneth (Leanna) Mullins, Lisa (Don) Rackley, Joseph (Brandi) Mullins and the late Judy Mullins.  10 Grandchildren.  Numerous Great-Grandchildren.  3 Brothers and 2 Sisters.  Close Friend: Terry Benjamin.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
