79 Years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2019, at her home.  Wife of the late Ronald “Fraz” Morrison.  She is survived by her 4 Children: Robert Charles Weaver, Debra Joyce Parramore, David Lamar Weaver and the late Sheryl Ann Weaver.  Late Daughter-In-Law: Joan Weaver.  5 Grandchildren.  4 Great-Grandchildren.  2 Brothers: Larry Clayton Cummins and Fred James Croswell and 3 Sisters: Carolyn Joyce Reynolds, Juanita Kay  Scott and the late Madge Elaine Dunbar.   Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends.  Visitation will be at the Felicity Christan Church, 847 St Rt 133, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 12:00 Noon.  Visitation will also be on December 17, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, also at the church.  Arrangements by the Charles H.
