57 years old of West Chester, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at his home in West Chester, Ohio.  He is survived by his Wife:  Christie Shields.  4 Children:  Ashley (JR) Richey,  Ryan Shields. Jarod (Katie) Soto, and Justin (Erin McCall) Soto.  5 Grandchildren:  Maddison Richey, Harper Richey, Harlow Soto, Evie Soto and Aiden Back. 1 Sister: Susan (Jim) Jennings.  1 Brother:  George (Joyce) Shields.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other family and Friends.  Memorial Services will be at the Felicity Christian Church, 847 St Rt 133, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 12:00 Noon.  Visitation will also be on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 Noon, also at the church.    Arrangements by the Charles H.
