80 years old of Moscow, Ohio, passed away on November 4, 2021, at her home.  Husband of the late Jerry C. Hazenfield.  She is survived by her Mother: Helen Reynolds.  Children: Richard B Creed, Jamie (Leah) Hazenfield and Joey (Karen) Hazenfield.  Grandchildren:  Nathan (Elyse) Geiger, Sarah (Josh) Ison, Jamie (Lindsey) Hazenfield, Kristy (David) Cotes, Cole (Amanda) Hazenfield, Bryan Creed, Savanna Hazenfield and Chancellor Hazenfield.  Great-Grandchildren: Cora, Ava, Thea, Deklan, Skylar, Chase, Sloane, Charlie and Blake.  Brothers: Richard (The late Patty) Reynolds and David (Ruth Ann) Reynolds. Late Father: Richard Reynolds.  Late Brother-In-Law: Jimmy W Hazenfield.  Late Nephew: Toy Hazenfield.  Aunt Diane to Rita Elliott, Toy Hazenfield, Jr., Bridgett (Greg) Stricker, Autumn Hazenfield and Numerous Nieces, Nephews, other family and Friends.  Member of the Calvary Church, Moscow, Ohio.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 N.
