84 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021.  Survived by his Partner: Dorothy Abercrombie.  5 Step Children: Lisa, Clyde, Tony, Lee and Eugene.  1 Late Brother: Gene Owen.  1 Sister-in-Law:  May Owen.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends. Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
