Charles R. Prather, Sr.

76 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on February 10, 2023, at Mercy Hospital Anderson, Anderson, Ohio.  Husband of the late: Roxie Mae Prather.  He is survived by his 2 Children: Charlie (Jen) Prather and Teresa Prather.  4 Grandchildren: Ryan (Robin) Ninichuck, Ethan Kerns, Bradlee Prather and Ariel (Tyler) Krekeler.  7 Great-Grandchildren: Teddy, Kayla, Ashlyn, Rylynn, Adalyn, Ryilee, Grant and Ronan. 3 Late Brothers and 3 Late  Sisters.  Numerous Nieces, Nephew and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union Street, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Visitation will also be on Sunday, February 12, 2023, from 10:00AM to 11:00 AM, also at the funeral home.  Burial will be at the Shinkle Ridge Cemetery, Georgetown, Ohio.  Please visit our webpage to leave condolences www.charleshmcintyrefuneralhome.com.
