50 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at his home.  He is survived by his Wife: Tina Couch Hughes.  3 Children: Dustin Hughes, Kaylee Hughes and Devin Hughes.  Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.  Memorial Services will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 12:00 Noon.  Visitation will also be on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, also at the funeral home.
