An Infant of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  He is survived by his Parents: Justin McCulley and Heather Swearingen. 4 Brothers: Hunter McCulley, Brody McCulley, Kevin McCulley and Brayden Tsanges.  1 Sister; Claire Tsanges.  Maternal Grandparents: Paul and Elain Muncy.  Paternal Grandparents: Dawn Brown and William McCulley.  Maternal Great-Grandparents:  Marietta Muncy and Ruth Ann Flora.  Numerous Aunts, Uncle, Nieces, Nephews and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
