He is survived by Girl Friend: Tammy Stamm. 9 Brothers and Sisters: Boyd (Frances) Fugate, Elsie (Jamerson) Fugate, Barb Fugate, Zelphia Fugate, Carl Fugate, Clayton Fugate, Allen Fugate and the late Linda Helton, Dean Fugate.
