An Infant of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2019, at Mercy Hospital, Anderson, Ohio. She is survived by her Mother and Father: Samantha Smith and Devin Gaghan. Maternal Grandparents: Kelly and Val Smith. Paternal Grandmother: Christine Atkins. Maternal Great-Grandparents: Easter Smith and Priscilla and Andy Atkins. Paternal Great-Grandparents: Ilene And James Collins. Numerous Cousins, Other Family and Friends. Visitation will be at the Charles H McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
