He is survived by his Wife: Rita Elliott Hazenfield. 7 Children: Autumn Sky, Toy II, Bridgette, Sam, Stephanie, Suzi and Kimberly. 1 Granddaughter: Sammi Jo. Late Father: Jimmie W. Hazenfield. Late Uncle: Jerry C Hazenfield. Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Other Family and Friends. Graveside Services will be at the Pt. Isabel Cemetery, Pt Isabel, Ohio, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
