78 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2018. He is survived by his Wife: Nancy Lee Rahn Fancher. Late Parents: Carl and Mildred Fancher. Numerous Nieces Nephews and Friends. Member of the American Legion #0237, Southwestern Ohio Farm Toy Collectors Club and Goshen Township Historical Society. Funeral Services will be at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will also be on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon also the funeral home. Burial will be at the Chilo Hill Cemetery, Chilo, Ohio.
