Brother: Wallace Woodruff Sister: Bena (Kenneth) Bolender. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Graveside services will be at the Felicity Cemetery, Felicity, Ohio, 45120, on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM. Arrangements by the Charles H.
