96 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018.  Wife of the late: Freeman “Chub” Evans.  She is survived by 1 Son: Tony (Sunny) Evans.  1 Daughter: Judy (Jim) Rudd.  3 Grandchildren: Amy (David) Apple, Christina (Nabil) Boutros and Brad (Melanie) Evans.  8 Great-Grandchildren: Zachary Apple, Kaitlyn Apple, Hannah Apple, Alanna Evans, Gabrille Boutros, Sophia Boutros, Eli Boutros and Tristan Evans.  Late Parents: Charles William Woodruff Sr. and Lucy Bell McMillian Woodruff.  3 Late Brother: Bruce Woodruff, Charles William “Ducky” Woodruff and Hurdes “Curly” Woodruff.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends.  Funeral services will be at the Charles H.
