75 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at his home in Felicity, Ohio.  He is survived by his Wife: Burma Rudd.  3 Children:  Chasity Ivey and the late Tonya Metzger and Rudy Rudd.  Grandchildren:  River Ivey, Jonnee Wilson, Charlee Ivey, Devin Trammel, Zachary Metzger, Nathen Windsor, Cody Rudd, Autumn Rudd, Justin Schultain and the late Ridge Ivey.  Numerous great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters.  nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Lifetime member of the American Legion and V.F.W.
