71 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018, at his home.  He is Survived by his Wife: Kathy Wolf Utter.  4 Children: Doug (Jamie) Utter, Dwayne (Angie) Utter, Shane (Cathy) Cline and Syndi Murphy.  9 Grandchildren: Tyler (Casey) Utter, Dillon Utter, Jordan Utter, Seth Utter, Rylan Utter, Averi Cline,  Aiden Cline, Nolan Murphy and Ava Murphy.  Parents: Charlie and the late Alberta Utter.  1 Sister: Cheree Utter.  Late Brother: Johnny Utter.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Felicity Christian Church, 847 St Rt 133, Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will also be on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, also at the church.  Arrangements by the Charles H.
