59 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Friday, May 19 2017, at the Ivy Woods Nursing Home.  He is survived by his 2 Children: Amber Lawwill and Gabrielle Raper.   Late Parents: Roy and Marcella Raper.   Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Funeral Services will be at the Charles H.
