84 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018, At Hospice of Cincinnati, East, Anderson, Ohio.  He is survived by his Wife: Christine Bumgardner Miller.  2 Daughters: Peggy Ann (Terry) Dunaway and Colleen (Randy) Davis.  6 Grandchildren: Tara Dunaway, Jacey Dunaway, Christina (Brad) Perry, Amanda Jayne Dunaway, Kelli (Jeff) Vieson and Clint Davis.  5 Great-Grandchildren: Madison Kinder, Joseph Edwin Kinder, Lucy Vieson, Jaxson McDonald and Parker McDonald.  1 Sister: Delores Williams.  1 Late Brother: Floyd David Miller.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends.  Member of the Ohio Horseshoe Association. 50 Year Owner of Millers Service Center in Felicity, Ohio. Funeral Services will be at the Convenience of the Family.    Arrangements by the Charles H.
