75 years old of Texas, formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2017.  She is survived by her ex-husband: Chester Wayne Fletcher.  Her children: Catherine R. Webb, Chester W. Fletcher, Jr., Christina G. Jacobson, Steven R. Fletcher and Charles E. Fletcher.  Grandchildren: Heather N. Webb Weldon, Jason K. Webb, Kenneth M. Webb, Matthew T. Webb, Christopher W. Fletcher, Eric D. Lyles, Elise R. Lyles, Chad E. Lyles, Priscilla H. Jacobson, Jennifer N. Prior and the late Sammantha Grace Fletcher.  Great-Grandchildren: Roman M fletcher, Maddox.  Sister: Diane L. Adams Liming.  Late brothers: Denis B Howard and Darrel L.
