76 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. Husband of the late Thelma Jean Neal. 4 Children: James R. (the Late Rebecca) Neal, Phyllis Carol (Jay) Armacost, Dwyane Daniel (Iona Faye) Neal and the late Chester Ray Neal. 9 Grandchildren: Jason Armacost, Jamie Neal, Katrina Armacost, Steven Neal, Shelly Neal, Jordan Neal, Daniel Neal and the late Michael Neal and April Armacost. 11 Great-Grandchildren. 2 Brothers: Ernie and the late Clendon. 3 Sisters: Vilida and late Janet and Jean. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Funeral Services will be at the Charles H. McIntyre Funeral Home, 323 North Union St., Felicity, Ohio 45120, on Monday, January 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will also be on Monday, January 15, 2017, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, also at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Felicity Cemetery, Felicity, Ohio.
