70 years old of Felicity, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017.  She is survived by her husband: Billie Elkins.  3 Children:  Brennan (Sally) Elkins, Linda Cummins and Terrie Elkins.  8 Grandchildren:  Billie, Desirae (Mike), Tessa, Bradley, Heather, Kirby, Chad and BJ.  5 Great-Grandchildren.  1 Late Great-Grandson.  3 Brothers; Terry Bettle and the late Lonnie and Johnny.  Numerous Nieces, Nephews and other family.  Memorial Services will be at the Felicity United Methodist Church, Walnut St., Felicity, Ohio, on December 30, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Arrangements by the Charles H.
